Avaya – “Awesome employer!!!!”

Pros

Its just a good company. The pay is fair and balanced and the benefits can not be beat! This is the best employer I have had so far and I intend to continue working for them for as long as I can.

Cons

The union and their regulations are a little tricky to get used to, but once you are over that its all down hill from there.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep us informed and knowledgeable about the companies direction. So far you're doing an excellent job! Cut back on the unnecessary proceedures that bog down on efficiency and start limiting what the union gets away with and there will be no limit to Avaya's success!
