Current Employee – been working at Avaya
Pros – Salaries are average and above compared to overall IT industry
Cons – Lack of long term approach in the overall business. This is driving impact over products quality, customer service, employees moral and channels commitment
Advice to Senior Management – Long term approach will drive the best ROI for all stakeholders
