Current Employee – been working at Avaya full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – - good products for enterprise communications
- good talent in R&D and Services organizations

Cons – - aggressive cost-cutting affecting talented employees
- executive leadership does not communicate their vision and strategy clearly to help all employees work together in the same direction
- silo mentality still an issue

Advice to Senior Management – stop layoffs that destroy the employee morale in many teams and complete organizations

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
