Former Employee – worked at Avaya as an intern for less than a year

Pros – Interesting work, got to work with interesting things that I would not have experienced from school. Manager was friendly and willing to help.

Cons – Total work for over the summer could have been completed in under a month. Very little ramp up to what I was doing; thrown into the shark pool.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep your interns busy, otherwise you are just wasting your time.
