I have been working at Avaya full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Avaya has great solutions with some advantages in the marketplace and a loyal customer base. There are some really smart people at Avaya. You can learn a great deal and develop knowledge and skills that are valuable in the industry.

Cons

Too many management changes over too short a period have led to Avaya being a very tough place to work. Strategy and priorities are changing too often. Resources are too thin for the current scope of business and commitments. Avaya's private equity sponsors are managing Avaya for the short-term and compromising long term prospects.
