Avaya – “Is it Avaya or IBM?”

Above average pay, benefits not too bad. Some virtual office work used to be allowed depending on the position but that is now changing.
Cons
Work is being outsourced to IBM, mostly to their division in India, and there is currently a lot of frustration with U.S. associates trying to get their issues resolved in a timely manner.
Advice to Senior Management
Re-examine your outsourcing policy. You may think you are saving money now but you may be hurting the future of the company.
