Pros

They provide a good work and life balance opportunity, with remote communication and virtual/remote telecommuting office. At least, in my organization, the flexibility to adjust my time is great, just needing to deal directly with my manager.

Cons

The management objectives are confusing, salaries are way below the market average and uncertainty about the future is sometimes overwhelming.

Need to adjust salaries and benefits to similar in market to hold the talents at the company and make career path and promotions more transparent to employees.
