    I have been working at Avaya full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    It was once a great company and place in which a lot of people wanted to work. Not much good to say about the company.

    Cons

    Management believes to strong in outsourcing jobs. They have given up on highly talented individuals in the company and have opted for a cheaper business model of outsourcing with disregard to the level of talent with in the business.

    Stop letting good talent go
