Pros

Good benefits, a lot of breaks. Very strict about safety.... Good working environment.

Cons

In the end, your a number. Get your targets, or your out. They demand that you are very flexible, but they arent.

    Pros

    People - They are the best, everyone is very helpful and will really would take you under their wing. Leadership is starting to head in the right direction so things are improving

    Cons

    Change is not the easiest thing to manage and as change happens somethings will not be taken positive by all. It will be hard to take everyone to steer in the same direction

    Create programs to infuse the small company feel in a big company. Regular employee team building, bonding programs can help to build a stronger environment and a desirable work place
