Pros

Training, education and business travel are encouraged and supported by management. Innovation, professional growth and upgrades to technology are ongoing and there is a strong team of colleagues in the Corporate HQ.

Cons

Transition time presents physical and professional challenges during downsizing, reorganizing, restructuring of the corporate office model and environment.

    Pros

Good career opportunities and flexible culture that supports balanced work and life.

    Cons

Like other big corporations, decisions are difficult to be made and some of decisions are made without good debates.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

We should walk the talk specifically when we say our No 1 priority is "Growth".

    I worked at Avery Dennison

    Pros

People are the overall friendly and care about you in the manufacturing rank. Medical and 401k are both good...dental and eye are okay.

    Cons

Upper management do engage at the production level to relate to all employee group. Too much political battle and change. Top heavy in director and vp level.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Talk to the people that do the job on the floor and get out of your office.
