Pros

Nice people. Changing culture to be more risk tolerant and encourage innovation. Decent compensation and benefits. Flexible work schedules.

Cons

Too much involvement from Corporate in regional businesses but this is also getting better.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep on with the direction you have started the last couple of years.

    I worked at Avery Dennison

    Pros

    People are the overall friendly and care about you in the manufacturing rank. Medical and 401k are both good...dental and eye are okay.

    Cons

    Upper management do engage at the production level to relate to all employee group. Too much political battle and change. Top heavy in director and vp level.

    Talk to the people that do the job on the floor and get out of your office.
