ProsLovely, quiet and friendly campus
Exciting campus activities
Very close knit campus community
Small size makes the campus easy to get around

ConsPay could be better, but the benefits and environment make up for it.
Dining Hall food isn't that great, and it's apparent that the budget is tight (reflected in the Kitchen menu).

Advice to Senior ManagementWork to make Avila more competitive in terms of pay and you'll have one of the most sought after places to work in KC (campuses).
