Pros

You get as much overtime as you like. It's not a hard job. I really like my coworkers.

Cons

Mandatory overtime. High turnover with supervisors (I watch 3 go in 6 months).

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more part time workers for peak work periods. Hire more experienced supervisor.

    Pros

Commission structure is very manageable and achievable. Well managed.

    Cons

Retail Hours and most locations are open 24/7. Seniority based sales job? This is unfair... Top performers should be treated better. Shift bids are based on 100% seniority, it should be split and fair.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change the shift bid to a partial performance based operation. Salary needs to be more.

    Pros

Best place to learn and develop management style. And I mean it. Everything you learn there is applicable to each industry and is more than you can bargain for.

    Cons

Even with great time management skill, you will work a minimum of 60 Hours a week. If you are single it will increase your chance of promotion and later you will be working less. If you do not plan on focusing on anything but career for the next 7-10 years best environment to work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get some help for management.
