Pros

The work setting has a diverse group of people. The people that work there are very friendly.

Cons

1) Not enough staff for such a high volume of clients. 2) Your overworked and underpaid. 3) Check-in area is not covered and your exposed to the elements your entire shift.

Advice to Management

Check up on your new employees make sure they have regular breaks and enough staff working with them to do their job effectively. Re-evaluate how many employees you have working in the check in area. One person is not enough to process check-ins, there should at least be 2-3 people..

    Pros

    - You form a small LLC, Avis Budget contracts it/you to rent cars on their behalf.
    - Starting commission of $3,000/month, or 12% of gross sales; whichever is greater.
    - You are your own boss!
    - No cap on income - what you put into it is what you get out of it.
    - Excellent job for gaining experience on how to start and run a business.

    Cons

    - Unless arrangements can be made with upper management, start up costs can be high.
    - Say goodbye to personal life for the first few months
    - Not for everyone

    Pros

Managers get company cars, Good 401K and health Benefits

    Cons

You work 12-14 hour days with no compensation or appreciation for the extra time you put in. Upper Managment gives no support or training, just send out nasty emails on what you need to do and what you are not doing. There is alot of favoritism that goes on and if you are not in the so called CLICK they single you out and fire you for something ridiculous.

    Advice to Management

My advice to upper managment is develop your managers more and give them the tools they need to succeed. OH and last but not least TREAT EVERYONE FAIRLY. WHAT YOU DO FOR ONE DO FOR ALL.
