I worked at Avis Budget Group full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

1. Wide parking spaces. 2. If you want to work for a company that gets nowhere and accomplishes nothing than this is it.
After working there for several years I was laid off just over 2 years ago. Since then the company has focused on buying out other entities to create the illusion for stock holders that they are successful. There has been tremendous turnover because the new leadership wants to bring in their own people and the people that have been loyal for decades are getting the shaft and treated like dirt.

Cons

Having a career is limited due to lack of solid leadership. Working there has become a revolving door here employees are constantly looking over their shoulders. Senior leadership cannot be trusted. Those that do move up have little if any skills but instead look and play the part

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Board members should seriously consider replacing the two-faced fake leadership. If not for the illusion of a strong bottom line and of course Quantitative Easing, the stock price would be in the single digits
