I have been working at Avis Budget
Pros – Commission structure is very manageable and achievable. Well managed.
Cons – Retail Hours and most locations are open 24/7. Seniority based sales job? This is unfair... Top performers should be treated better. Shift bids are based on 100% seniority, it should be split and fair.
Advice to Senior Management – Change the shift bid to a partial performance based operation. Salary needs to be more.
