    Pros

Blue-chip company, wide-ranging experience, great benefits even if headline salaries not spectacular

    Cons

Heavily exposed to Europe, muddled strategy, terrible HR/people management

    Advice to Management

Choose a strategy and stick to it for longer than 6 months.

  2. Poor Management but working on turnaround. However success to be seen

    Pros

    - Pretty relaxed working hours
    - Opportunities to move abroad if flexible
    - Friendly atmosphere

    Cons

    - No sense of urgency
    - Poor performance is not dealt with
    - No or hardly any room for promotion unless strong personal relationship with someone at senior management level

    Advice to Management

Deal with non performers, which starts at the top. Took 5 year of lacklustre performance before the CEO got fired.
