Pros

Aviva really looks after it's employees and is trying to ensure everyone possible can retain jobs during restructures.

Cons

A lot of restructure has taken place where a lot of people have been forced to reapply for their roles.

    Pros

    Flexitime, work culture and at Aviva I am recognised for what I am.

    Cons

    The only disadvantage is that you will be addicted to the company and will spend rest of your life with Aviva. It has a great work culture.

    Pros

    - Decent benefits (especially if you get flex time)
    - Large company offers avenues for advancement
    - My colleagues were great people to work with

    Cons

    - The pay was horrible for a large corporation
    - Lots of problems resulting from the fallout thanks to the implementation of Oracle
    - High stress environment with lots of overtime
