Lots of work to make it, lots of fees to maintain it!

I have been working at Avon Products part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

If you love talking with people and giving them your honest opinion about beauty products, then this is a great company to do that with. Low start up cost ($10) compared to other beauty product companies.

    Cons

Fees, Fees, Fees!!! Each campaign you have fees for submitting orders, fees to order books (Which is your only way to get the product out there) fees for samples, fees if you're late, fees to ship back returns.....AVON makes most of it's money off the independent sales reps - not customers!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop with all the FEES! Also, understand the market that you're in, and what competitors are in the area, such as Mary Kay, Arbon and whatever else.
