Current Employee – been working at Avon Products
Pros – People very warm and friendly. Nice place to work.
Cons – Not much infrastucture to get things done. You need to do alot on your own.
Advice to Senior Management – Need to have succession planning for people below VP level. There is a hard glass ceiling trying to break into the top 100.
