    Pros

    absolutely no pros at all

    Cons

management is the worst i have ever seen. IT is being run to the ground. the people here are working their rear's off and get no credit for the amount of hard work that they put in. instead of getting the credit they deserve for working so much they get fired for not working even more. they fire you by e-mail instead of face to face like any other legitimately run corporation. way under paid for the amount of work you do. zero communication between departments. new roll-outs aren't tested properly. way under staffed.

    Advice to Management

get a brain. listen to your employees.

I worked at Axcess Financial full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

-Despite the services Axcess Finacial provides, which are highly frowned upon and seen as shameful by many, there is nothing "sneaky" going on like most would think -Company has very good attorneys and will be around for a long time -Nice office building with covered parking garage

    Cons

-Company culture is the worst I have ever seen, manager and director level staff will do anything it takes to move up, including lying to senior management and crossing the line of professionalism with their staff -Employees at all levels are left-overs who couldn't find employment anywhere else. The company is made up of imcompetent drones who are great at nothing and good at very little. Think trailer park meets corporation -Unless you know someone, you will go absolutely nowhere. It is a family business where performance means nothing and brown nosing is everything -Since it is tough for the company to find qualified people to work there, no one is ever terminated due to poor quality work or low performance, and everyone knows it -Project leads, managers, directors and vice presidents have a very delusional sense of what it is they actually do. Nothing being done is challenging or new, and is extremely basic -Very low pay, company cannot keep up with compensation packages offered by real corporations who want to grow

    Advice to Management

You should look into what is being said when you're not in the room. Stop rewarding people for the wrong reasons, if you would actually look in the right places you will find real talent who actually know what they are doing. There should be consequences when managers stop treating people like human beings and completely cross the line of professional respect. It is going way past what can be found at any office, and you would be ashamed of yourselves if you had a clue about what your staff actually does. The culture you have created is not normal, every corporate office has politics and people who don't agree or get along with managers, just not to this level of extreme. Stop hiring people and promoting people solely based on artificial and irrelevant qualifications, quality work and personal integrity should matter. Remind your management team how basic they and their responsibilities are.
