Pros

A Company Van to run around town like a chicken with its head cut off.

Cons

Look At company Turnover well over 100% in a year. >>>Red Flag
Pay - Do not get caught up in the Bonus they'll never payout.
Bonus structure changing every 6 months to keep you grounded and hopeful.
Management only cares about the next sell and not anything about Customer care. they may preach Customer care but when there no available support tech ...you tell me.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Wake up JM/BT Sell to someone like SPS they at least they have a better model.

    Pros

if you like drama and a culture of dishonesty, this is the place for you.

    Cons

The two owners are only interested in lining their own pockets. They churn employees, lie to everyone, dont pay their bills, and care ZERO about the customer. After they get the deal, they are gone. 200%+ turn over in sales and service departments. They will use every loophole in the comp plan not to pay you, but the CEO drives luxury cars. The entire sales presentation is one big fraud on the customer. nothing they say is actually true. It is all bait, switch, lie, and "look at this shiny thing." I have never seen so many unhappy customers at companies 100 times their size. They teach you to lie to the customer and then blame others when the company does not provide the services they promised.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be honest, be ethical, and invest your people. Pay your debts. Stop blamming others for the negative culture you created. Employees need to be trusted, not micro-managed. Customer and culture service starts at the top. Read up on leadership. Stop worrying about selling the company for a profit and build something real.

    Pros

Paycheck on the 15th and 30th

    Cons

Forget getting a bonus, forget getting company van(they sold them all in a cost saving measure). If you are stupid enough to seek a job there, do the following. Get the full salary you need included in your contract with out any non sense bonus that they never pay. Make sure you negotiate a full car allowance 500.00-600.00 a month guaranteed. Don't let them offer you some B.S. gas allowance. Then collect your checks and start looking elsewhere right away. Turnover is 200-300% per year so don't think you'll be exception, because you won't and they will make no effort to keep you. Good luck and sorry you're considering this place.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Quit lying to everyone and man up and do the right things. Quit cheating your employees out of the monies they were promised.
