Branch Banking is Pathetic and there is too much pressure on Employees. nothing known as employee satisfaction

I worked at Axis Bank full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Good Pay.
Brand Name
Looks good on CV

Cons

Ltd learning.
All focus only on sales , sales and sales
Operations only taken care of starting Few days before Audit
Never met a single satisfied employee in my 3 yrs at the Bank

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Business is definitely growing. But if employees could be taken care of i guess it can grow much faster

    Pros

    Slow and Steady, gives enough time to a employee to build a plan and act accordingly to perform, which i dont think other banks give.

    Cons

    Nothing as of now. May be will come to know in future.

    I have been working at Axis Bank full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    employees have strong interpersonal relations. Good for networking. The supportive co-worker can help u keep going in hard times. The firm is organised in terms of salary, incentives and perks.

    Cons

    Extreem pressure upon the employees. Candidateds recruited on a different post and employed on another. No flexibilty in the hours of work despite the heavy load of sales. Relationship managers not involved in CRM rather forced to do extensive sales.

    Reduce the pressure upon the new recruits.
