I worked at Axis Bank full-time for more than a year

Pros – its the place where you can learn the basics of the banking from the banking field's experts ......good environment ..teammates are very supportive

Cons – growth rate is very slow and it required some more skills like how to pleased your bosses, talent is not very well accepted there.

Advice to Senior Management – Please develop some system to identified the real hero's of the company . if you don't appreciate them , it will we your loss.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
