I have been working at Ayco full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Good company to work for. If you found a position that suits you Ayco could be the last company you work for.

Cons

Lack of training, poor compensation. Ayco tends to cut costs and is pressured to do so by GS. There are very few development roles in my experience.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Performance based compensation. Invest more in employee advancement.

    I worked at Ayco full-time

    Pros

You learn a lot of useful financial skills that are transferable to other places of employment.

    Cons

You are expected to work most weekends at 70 hours/week minimum. The work never lets up. If you want to take a vacation day, expect to work weekends preceding the vacation day to make up for the lost 12 hours of productivity. Upper management creates a high stress and fast paced environment. High employee turnover.

I worked at Ayco as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

Lots of smart and friendly people there. Have a chance to learn from people in your free time.

    Cons

All you have is free time. Get ready to staple things and print/bind presentation. Or fix the page numbers for someone on power point. While there are smart people at the trade desk and some of the IPs. you are going to be working for the analysts and doing about 1 hour of work a day fixing the analysts mistakes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    this position is useless
