Good learning experience!

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
Dallas, TX

ProsGives you great exposure to all facets of financial counseling, good on the job training, interesting work and very helpful internal resources/groups.

ConsThere tends to be a lot of office politics. Office is run by incompetent individuals who only appreciate you if you don't ask questions.

Advice to Senior ManagementPay more attention to the regional office management, in particular how they manage the office and how they motivate employees.
