Pros

• Company provides lunch/Dinner if you’re asked to work through lunch.
• Got some good talented people.

Cons

• Salary is way below the market and very hard to get a raise.
• Some freelancers don’t get paid or get less than their rate if Ayzenberg don’t win the pitch.
• Hours: 9am – 7pm and expect to stay longer and work long weekends regularly. (AE's a lot longer)
• Eric Ayzenberg expects people to stay late and take work home regularly.
• Eric reads employees emails and monitor their computer screens from a remote computer to check if people are working.
• Eric loves to creep behind people and micromanage every second. “Bigger, Bigger, Smaller, Smaller”
• Under staffed (people don’t last long), and mismanaged.
• If you’re a creative, it’s very difficult or impossible to get promoted internally.
• Lack of respect for the designers. Expect to hear why Eric should fire someone regularly.
• Clients love/hate relationship with Ayzenberg seriously impacts the workflow.
• 1 production artist to cover the agency workload.

    Pros

Great place full of talented people. Always inspiring, always fresh, always challenging. Ayzenberg is way ahead of the game. Exciting work and exciting projects for some of the worlds best brands.

    Cons

Can not say a bad thing about this place. Maybe there could be a bit more time dedicated to new hire training, especially for starting positions, but usually people feel inspired by other senior personnel around them to do the best work possible.

Keep doing what you are doing.
