Pros

The net pay is decent.

Cons

No job security. Lots of bureaucracy. No support. Senior leaders lie and do not tolerate differences of opinion, no matter how constructively offered. Many good people have left/been asked to leave.
Firm is retaliative.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Re think your behavior. Your basic leadership assumptions are not working. Long term, profits will suffer.
The focus should be on serving clients and the health care arena. This doesn't mean always doing what clients originally ask for. It means providing sound advice that enables client success, in keeping with industry best practice. And, in turn, growing the understanding of best practice and industry innovation through after action review and anslysis. This requires unique appreciation of human capital; those that provide services and create intellectual property that enables market differentiation for the firm. B. E. Smith treats it's employees as outsiders that needs to be closely watched , not assets that need to be nourished, mined and motivated.
