Operates a "no blame environment".

Cons

Can be very process oriented and procedural, depending on where you work.
Some teams use less than cutting edge technologies.
At times, the company can be slow moving.
Low staff turnover.

Advice to Senior Management

Management can be quite conservative and risk adverse.
