Current Employee – been working at BAE Systems Electronics & Integrated Solutions

Pros – Good mentor program. Good leadership development program. Management seems to really care. Layoff rates have always been small compared to other companies, showing that they seem to plan well here.

Cons – I feel like salaries are a little lower than industry average.

Advice to Senior Management – Stock options need to be issued to the best of the lower level employees to encourage them to stay at the company and encourage a sense of ownership. Stock options need to be given based on merit, not a base amount fom everyone.
