- ok benefits and salary
Cons
- Senior mgmt are not doing a very good job in reorganization
- Lack of communication
- lay-offs and down grade in salary
- everyone is uncertain about having a job tomorrow
Advice to Senior Management
Get your act together and stop having meetings to decide how to organize and strategize...one year is long enough.
