I have been working at BAE Systems USA full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

good balance for work and life. normally 40 hours a week and could work at home occasionaly. have 9/80 schedules, so you have a three days weekend every other week.

Cons

Pay and benefits are average and a lot of politics. too many management layers and you don't really who is your boss. not efficient.

I have been working at BAE Systems USA full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The company is really serious about being ethical, not just talking about it. And I'm impressed with the steps the company president took to turn the company around financially; she's not afraid to be bold. The company also protects individuals who return from active duty to a position in the company.

    Cons

It's hard to come up with any down side, per se. You will need to prove your citizenship and have a drug test, and you will be let go if you don't perform, but that's common anywhere.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fix the favorites function in the timecode app so it's easier to remove timecodes and to apply what you usually use to the timesheet.
