I have been working at BASF Corporation full-time

    Pros

Great people. Very smart. One of the best project management companies. Wholeheartedly believes in sustainability and is a leader. Worker safety is paramount. Tremendous innovations.

    Cons

A much better company than people know. While it is a B2B, its products touch nearly everyone, every day. But there is little awareness of this information. If more people knew BASF, the stock price would be higher and more would want to work there.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop increasing the dividend and invest in marketing.

I worked at BASF Corporation full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Great people, great benefits, great schedule

    Cons

Updates to work areas are a bit slow to change for the better.
Promotions come slow because not many leave, unless retirement, or lay off.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep your eyes on the workers who keep a steady pace, and work without commotion. Sometimes they are the diamonds in the rough.
