I have been working at BASF Group full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Stress level is very low like a state office. Your position is safe and possibility to loosing the job is low.

    Cons

Salaries are standard. Carrier opportunities are limited. Rigid company like as State offices. BASF does not appreciate ambitious employees. Be quite and do your job. Do not question the process. Follow the rules and keep calm. Kills your motivation for challenge !!!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Empower innovative thinking people in sales and marketing departments. Encourage the ambitious employee for big challenges. Review your employees and beware of their capabilities.
