I worked at BAYADA Home Health Care part-time for more than a year

Pros – Weekly paychecks, flexibility and friendly office staff.

Cons – Would sometimes exclude pertinent information about a case just to get you to commit to the assignment. An example would be distance to location. Also if a client was a Medicaid client, company would not pay for errands, but clients requested them. .So out of goodness of your heart you go to the store for them cause they can' t & you are getting paid hourly. You just use your own gas.

Advice to Senior Management – I would provide factual information for every case including distance via Mapquest. Also I would provide gas stipend for all clients' errands.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
