Pros

Awesome co-workers. Everyone genuinely cares about their clients and goes above and beyond for them.

Cons

seems like the growth is not well planned out, too impulsive, always hearing about this new division or that every few months, growth is resulting in a lot of changes before they even have a good solid handle on the changes and issues from the last division occurring. yet some of the managers micromanage every detail, even when they don't know or have a good understanding of your job title or description. if you are not full-time you get hardly any paid-time off, it takes months, maybe years to get the PTO depending on how much you work already. it keeps accruing but you can't take it until 2000 hours are worked.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

don't micromanage; consider salaried positions for part-timers

Former Employee - Client Services Manager in Charlotte, NC

    Pros

Field staff are really hard working and salt of earth people. Clinical staff are easy to deal with and work hard for the amount of compensation that they get.

    Cons

Upper level management is structured like a multi-level marketing company. Management gets compensation based on how much money the office profits. This results in dead end pay for clinical staff. 5 years most nurses have maxed out on pay scale and often quit. People who are directors and divisional directors usually have backgrounds that have nothing to do with Healthcare. Don't expect them to understand anything that has to do with medical conditions, ethics or sound management practices. This company will lure you with big promises and then give you the run around. Company offices seem to be better managed the closer to HQ they are.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take care of the people who take care of you. There are only so many clinical fish in the pond. Once they all have taken the bait once they will stop biting.
