I would not recommend this company if you want to further yourself or career where you start is where you finish

Pros

Schedule flexible, Field staff helpful to each other, I really can't think of anything more positive to say about this company.

Cons

Poor office and management support, no room for growth, don't follow through with programs started, don't ever expect a raise but expect more to be given of yourself. Rules forever changing and impossible to follow and still be productive.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your field staff and their needs they are out to make the company grow Please stop treating them as your enemy. We are professional adults and not "your children"

    Pros

    You make your own hours, meet new people, get to know how to get around.

    Cons

    Lousy pay, the driving is murder on your car and they don't pay enough in mileage coverage.

    Pay your home health aides more.

    Pros

    Great resources for employees, both office and field. Great PTO/Sick time accrual rate. Very involved in community.

    Cons

    Constantly unprofessional field staff. Pay for both field and office staff is on the lower side of compensation. So accommodating to clients it leads to a lack of progress and results.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You reward your staff with objects rather than actual compensation, it leads to a lack of drive to go the extra mile. Also the high standards for staff are fantastic but create a drastic limitation on acceptable staff to please clients.
