BB&T Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at BB&T

Pros – Great benefits package from day one of employment. You get vacation right away. Medical/Dental/Vision all available.

Cons – Micromanagment from regional level all the way down to each branch. There seem to be a lot of pointless conference calls.

Advice to Senior Management – Just let people do their jobs without standing over them all the time. Also cut down on the number of conference calls. Nothing is accomplished that way.
