I have been working at BCBG part-time for less than a year
Pros – My manager is what makes this store worth coming to, despite the outdated processes of this company. To some extent the manager and assistance managers can help buffer the things that are defunct about the company as a whole.
Cons – Upper leadership (district managers) appear to stick around despite being poor at their job; this company does not appear to want to develop employees and individuals for career growth, but again, this is one perspective from a particular district where the upper leadership (DM, RM) acts aloof and childish
Advice to Senior Management – A solid store with inspirational leadership can help motivate the other employees to want to be there, to buffer against some of the upper-management problems.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
