Current Employee – been working at BCBG full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – - Amazing Manager and Department Head who believe in me and their team
- Colleagues feel like family, BCBG is my home away from home
- Able to create change, my voice is heard and many of my ideas have been implemented from the top of the company down
- I've been promoted 5 times in 4.5 years and I've grown so much as a professional with this company!
- Getting to see Max, Lubov, and Joyce in the halls - seeing this family company be so involved with the employees
- The company is headed in a great direction - anyone passionate about this brand would be wise to join the team now as things continue to change in a positive manner

Cons – - Can be very busy at times, but slow and redundant is boring to me personally
- I've been here nearly 5 years... I'm very content!

Advice to Senior Management – My Department Manager is amazing. If other Managers see this review, note that really believing in your team and promoting growth in whatever way possible goes a long way. Touch base meetings and even department bonding events mean a lot to our department, so if other departments don't do the same, it could be beneficial!
