Great company, terrible managment

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsStore Discount, $100 store gift certificate for making monthly goals (taxed on paycheck), opportunity to earn commission, decent health insurance for full time employees, 401k

ConsManagement with no idea of how to run a sore properly, store manager refused to get her hands dirty with necessary tasks, managers would only want to assist those clients who were spending lots of money
