    Pros

BCBG Max Azria is a great place to work if you aren't afraid of working hard. If you didn't know how to multi-task when you started, you'll need to catch on quickly. The freedom of working for a corporation that doesn't feel like big brother is extremely refreshing. The ability to run your business and make things happen are up to you.

    Cons

Working on the retail side, the floor updates and windows changes are non-stop. The company is constantly re-doing visuals and with that, the store level's focus on the selling culture is interupted. Its hard having the same people doing multiple jobs. Lastly, The connection of tasks and hours do not match.

    Advice to Management

When setting up an expectation or tactical strategy, it should be tested in a working store before implementing a flaud approach company wide. Also, it would be nice if regionals and DM's actually worked in a store every so often. Not visited but worked. Their influence and tactics of their region or district would be great served with actual knowledge of a working store.

    Pros

    - You get invited to company sample sales -clothing allowance

    Cons

-Catty women -no respect for co workers or management -Nobody wants to work together as a team its very cut throat -employees sit around and constantly complain about the company and management -unrealistic expectations about how much one person can do in a day -THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER WORKED

    Advice to Management

Stop spending your days complaining and talking about each other. Instead spend your time training the lower level employees when they continuously ask to learn new things. Oh and pay your bills on time so we don't get eviction notices !
