Professionally demeaning

I have been working at BCS

ProsHealthcare benefits provided by the company are OK.

The company's small IT support staff does its best to support company needs.

ConsManagement creates a professionally demeaning environment, in which employees fear losing their positions.

BCS provides very little support to their clients other than that considered to be 'programmatic'

BCS fosters employees that undercut and belittle their colleagues

Access to other BCS offices is very limited.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
