Former Employee – worked at BD

Pros – Shift work pays well, thanks to bonuses. There is some company support if you are permanently employed, this did not apply for me as I was on a short term contract. Fellow workers, (apart from the backstabbers) were a good friendly helpful bunch.

Cons – Was unorganized, and managers /decision makers unable to make serious employee decisions.

Advice to Senior Management – At times it is good to call in those beneath you and have a face to face discussion with regard to your job and company policies.
