“BDO Seidman is an ok place to work”
Current Employee – been working at BDO USA
Pros – The people usually and the atmosphere most of the time. Our salary is competitive with the big four without killing the employees with work.
Cons – Layoffs a lot lately, slackers are rewarded. There is not a lot of communication on performance
Advice to Senior Management – I think we need more feedback , positive and negative and good work should be rewarded
