Excellent training every year, both through national trainings based on levels and online training
    Variety of clients
    Minimal travel (in my experience)

It's a public accounting firm. You work a lot of hours and there's no 'busy season' anymore.. just a 'busier' season. Compensation is good, but evaluations are lacking so it's hard to know what you need to do in order to progress.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Realize that it's not about face time anymore. Employees are very efficient and don't need to be at a client for 13 hours a day to get the work done. Don't start reviewing workpapers at 7PM, so frustrating!
