Pros – Good professional growth opportunities
Good learning opportunities
good compensation level
Cons – 401(k) does not offer any matching for the first year
No assistance for the first time home buyers
Advice to Senior Management – The senior management is doing a good job. It would be nice for the senior and management level professionals to get reimbursment for the use of wireless data service for communication devices such as blackberry.
