I have been working at BHP Billiton full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Very stable company not likely to be aquired. Better than average benefits. Good salaries and bonuses. In general, very good employees

    Cons

Senior managment micro manages the organization. Fun is discouraged. Centralized SAP environment is very difficult to deal with and often makes our jobs much more difficult than necessary.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More fun. More autonomy. Set the direction and then let people achieve it.
