Cons

Long hours, definitely.
people are generally older and the coporate culture is much more serious than a place with lots of younger people.

Advice to Senior Management

They should develop a better GLD for performance monitoring, review and bonus plan. Managers need to be trained to have the ability to support his/her subordinates, not just the technical abilities.
