Pros: cafeteria ($2, really good food, nice salad bar) safety culture (seem to really want to make sure a… Cons: massive turnover (90+% of Petrohawk employees left of their own accord), BHP ppl are leaving too people are not very happy (BHP ppl in general), few… Advice to Senior Management: See how other successful onshore companies work and try to find a happy medium between "process" and "results".
